Here are 10 celebrities and their workout secrets.
This actress’ amazing dance skills and talent was showcased on the big screen when she starred in the hit movie Step Up.
“I love 45-minute power workouts,” she said. “I get in, do my thing, then I’m able to go pick up Everly from school.”
Dewan works with fitness trainer Jennifer Johnson, who creates cardio dance workouts that are fun and burn fat at the same time.
In addition to dancing, each session includes squats, resistance training and ab work.
Brie Larson was the first female superhero to obtain the lead-role in a Marvel movie. In order to prepare for that role, Larson adopted a brand new workout routine.
Larson was not much of a gym person before she began training for this film.
Some of Larson’s workouts include hip thrusts, medicine ball slams, weighted pushups, and single leg deadlifts. In addition, Larson loves to box and rock climb, as well.
